Still waiting.. I'm In Plainfield at hotel from out of state doing utility line work. Long day in the heavy wind and rainy day.... Got back to room, too tired to drive back out anywhere.Thought " a hot dominoes pizza with a few extra treats would be a goodend of a long day, and watch some NCAA football. " Placed order online, app says " Shane began prepping your order at 6:55pm."..it's now near 8pm. Still shows in prep... TRIED to call the store .. no answer. I get busy nights, I do. But near an hour and noupdate? And it would be nice if the app could tell how many orders there are, and at least give you an ESTIMATE wait... Anythingbetter then sittin in a hotel room...hungry. Only thing keeping me from cancelling order is that I love dominoes, and our storeback in Ohio is AWESOME... Here .. meh... Still waiting , with an empty plate at the ready .. but they got my $$... Love my Dominos. Happy to see they added another Lava cake to the pair. So now there are 3 for the same price as 2! But.. wait,... has the size in the lava cakes gotten smaller..... to be continued... Read more

The manager said the order time for the pizza delivery would be 2 hours or more when we called in to check after an hour of... waiting. (The website said the delivery would be done within an hour when the order was submitted.) We ended up canceling ourorder. The person answering the phone said this happened a lot unfortunately. We will find another place to order from in thefuture and wish the best to this location in terms of them improving their business practices. Read more
I placed my order at 6:50pm and didn't receive any notifications on my order for the next two hours. I tried calling multiple... times over the course of the two hour wait but nobody picked up the phone. When the app finally said the delivery was made Inever recieved my pizza or the drink I ordered with it. I'd say it was an example of lousy customer service but that would implyI was ever served at all. Read more
For the third time in about 6 weeks we ordered 1 pizza. No extras. We waited for an hour and a half and still no pizza. When... we got it it was someone else's order. Plus, it was bedtime so we went to bed without eating. They ABSOLUTELY did notcare!!!!!! They did nothing to make it right! Will NEVER order from there again. Oh yea, the food was cold! Read more
