This is my favorite place to order pizza from. Between outstanding customer service, delicious pizza, and fast delivery, you... cannot beat this location. Brandon is the absolute best! Him and his entire team are absolutely stellar. Providing unparalleledservice every single time. I have been ordering from this location for 4-5 months now and never intend to stop. If I could give a 0 I would. Absolutely the worst experience possible! I?ve never dealt with a business so rude before. I work... for a construction company & was doing work at the airport, we ordered $71 worth of pizza. But something happened at the airport& I wasn?t able to leave to pick up the pizzas so I called to get a refund. The young man who I spoke to was kind & patient. &told me to call the next morning to speak to the owner which was fine. I call to speak with the owner & im telling him whathappened & before I can finish speaking he cuts me off saying he?s knows who I am & he?s been really busy & hasn?t had a chanceto look at it. Which is also fine I was just calling to make sure he was made aware I needed a refund. Because it wasn?t just$20 that was spent it was $71. But instead of being professional & understanding I got talked to like I was a problem & I justdon?t appreciate being spoke to like that. Brandon was AWESOME! Stopped by a week ago while walking the mall for a snack. The service was UNPARRALLED. Incredibly friendly... and patient with 2 folks who had never been to a HotBox Pizza before. The food and service were so awesome we ordered againwithin a week!
