11/6... came right when they opened. Each meat we tried to order on the menu we were told they weren't serving it today and it... won't be available. Only a couple entrees were actually made and available, so we ordered what they had. The noodles werebarely warm, but plentiful. They were skimpy on the 2 meats. No rice what so ever was made. 3rd person in our family placed amobile order for teriyaki chicken as well right when they opened at 11am. Order wasn't ready until after 11:30, and that wasafter complaining that others in line were getting their food ahead of our order. Highly disappointed in the wait time and fornot being able to get specific items, on top of nothing being made when they opened. Staff was filling orders of persons comingin and in line instead of filling orders for those who were there first. Need to do better Panda. Read more

This location is one of the BEST Panda Express I have been to. I think mostly impart to there not being a drive through and the... focus is on making sure the food is fresh for a great in dining experience. The food is ALWAYS hot and delicious and the staff'snumber one priority is customer service - The servers and cooks work very hard to ensure everyone is taken care of, even whenthere is a longer wait time. And the manager goes above and beyond working different stations when an extra hand is needed. I ammost impressed by their dedication to the store after hours. I have seen the staff work tirelessly after their shift for 2 ormore hours scrubbing the whole store down from ceiling to floor. I have never seen this in a fast food restaurant. Ever. So Iappreciate and commend efforts on all parts to ensure this store is in the best shape possible for customers to come and enjoyreally great food! Thank you Plainfield, IN Panda Express! Server asked what I wanted then immediately started working on orders from the app. Next server took order and when paying I... asked for some soy sauce, they said ok but when I got back to the office the bag didn't have any. Barely ate any of my friedrice on national fried rice day because of that. Rice was too dry. Read more

This store is always behind on making food. Things are constantly out or being made and wait time is upwards of 10-15 minutes... for fast food. I've been missing items in my order and not realized till I returned home. The website will not accept gift cardsas payment, so ordering online is not an option. Nobody will answer the phone, and when they do, it's too loud to hear anythinganyway. Will not return. Read more

Well yesterday 7/25/22, we took our grandbabies and had a terrible experience. Several of their most popular entrees were empty... . This was at 4:45 dinner rush. We went ahead and ordered what was there, to our disappointment. We were told it would be 7 minsbefore our order would be ready, after about 10 mins., some of our order came out but no egg rolls for the kids they said itwould be 8 more mins., while waiting the cashier knocked some of their serving bowls on the floor. He proceeded to pick them offthe floor and return to the clean stack . And sure enough cook filled them and put them on the serving table . I told themanager he seemed uninterested, finally I asked for my money for egg rolls back. Cashier said he couldn't do that again I askedfor manager I had paid cash so he did refund my money. Very badly managed location. This is second time we have experienced poorservice at this location. No more. Read more

This Panda Express location is the most poorly managed location I?ve ever been to. They constantly stop making food early, the... equipment is broken and the line is out the door most the time. Worst of all, the parking lot contains so many pot holes you runthe risk of a flat tire every time you enter the perimeter of the location. Read more
