Usually have great service, but I did not appreciate the employee's tone when she asked if I had paid for the drink I was... getting (I had.) If you feel the need to double check if people have paid for the charged lemonade drinks, then you're betteroff having them behind the counter like the specialty coffee drinks. Read more

The facility is very nice, and if you don't want to interact with any team members, this is the location for you! Seriously,... they will look right at you and say nothing!! I even had another customer ask me, "are you in line?", and I told him, "if I canget someone to acknowledge me, I just need a cup for my rapid pickup order". Read more
This location is the cleanest one in Indy. The managers and team members care. The food is good, coffee fresh, service fast and... friendly... it's the best Panera location in the region.
