I never been to a restaurant that don?t tell you about they deals or specials. It?s like they rather you not kno. I spent more... money on the same thing they was running a special on but instead I would have got more. I asked they why they aint tell meabout they say They didn?t kno. How you didn?t kno.???? Best pizza in the Indianapolis area. Service is top-notch and the restaurant is always in great shape (clean). It's our choice... for dinner every other Tuesday for poker with the guys. Going on three months strong. Read more
Used to be really good pizza and service. Past few times, the order took twice as long as told when ordering. 45 minutes... turned into 1.5 hours. Driver doesn't carry a hot bag, pizza was room temperature this past time. Come on guys... If youdon't care about quality or customer service anymore, it might be time to hang it up or hire some people who can deliver whatshould be delivered and on a timely manner. Read more
We ate here at least twice a month until now. They didn't bring my entire order last week so, I paid for what I recieved and... told him I'd give him the rest when they brought the rest. Well, it never came... no biggie. Called tonight to order pizza likewe do almost every week from there and they flagged my address... we can only order with a card instead of cash.. I evenexplained it to him and nope... place is going downhill. Our cash is going elsewhere. Im obviously not going to pay IN FULL fora order I don't receive IN FULL, ESPECIALLY when you won't even bring me back what you forgot in the first place. Trash Read more
The new general manager at the store is very unprofessional and has no respect for longtime customers. The GM has a distasteful... attitude and doesn?t appreciate a loyal customer (7years) that?s been spending at least $30 bucks a week. Company seems theycan?t get it right with hiring managers. The last one that got let go a couple months ago was also a disgrace to the company.They will never get another nickel of mine. Side note the owner needs to promote the delivery driver to run the store. He?sbeen working there for years and has the best customer service and respect loyal customers. Owner ask the driver about how muchthe Jones family/ or family on Verwood has spent with you in the past 7 years. Losing a faithful customer. Read more
I loved it i had a large pizza with bacon and pepperoni and it was really good. We ordered delivery it came within aboit 30 to... 45 minutes. I have no complaints. Gave driver a 5 dollar tip for getting my order right and here quickly. Enjoy ???? Read more
Best pizza I think I have ever had. This place is phenomenal. Ingredients were fresh, the pizza came quick, service was fast and... friendly, and overall it was a phenomenal experience. The prices are a bit high but well worth it for the quality of the food. Iwill definitely come back here. There is no indoor seating so it's takeout only but if you're in Plainfield, IN definitely checkit out. Read more
