It's been a very long time, in fact, years since I've eaten pizza at Pizza Hut. So I tried it recently and was not as impressed... with the taste as I was when I was younger. 25 minute pizza-pick up, turned into an hour. Picked contact-less pick-up, had to go in. Asked for refund, employees walked... away. TWICE!! No one had any idea where my pizzas were. After an hour and two other customers walking away, was given myfood. These people need training or a manager who cares! Read more

I paid for a few things they didn?t have. They refused to give me a refund, instead they offered to credit my account. Waited 7... mins at the window to get the pizza and when I got it, it was cold. Worst experience at this location yet. Won?t be back. Read more

Pizzas came out great! Overall service wasn't the best. Like many restaurants these days the focus is profit centric and not... customer centric. Ordered 3 pies online, 2 out of 3 were correct. 3rd pie I took back, and en route tried calling the store toget the correct pizza put in the oven. No one answered of course. Explained the receipt to two employees and then finally gotthe correct pie. While I did finally get the correct food, I made the trip a second time, spent time waiting on my food a secondtime, all for what was seemingly a half hearted apology. Read more
The server was very pleasant and there's no better way to eat a pizza than HOT FROM THE OVEN!! The pizza was delicious! I'm... visiting the area and don't know what dine in business usually looks like during early afternoon (1:30), and because of Covid, but there were only 8 people when I arrived. The place is very dark and old and the floor is very sticky, no matter where youstep/stand. The ceiling paint above the center of the restaurant is peeling.
