Hadn't been at Red Robin since before COVID19. We had tried to have dinner there about 3 weeks ago but we were told they had a... 45+ minute wait as they are working with limited staffing. This time our wait was less than 15 minutes. Service was very goodeven though the Server was also the bartender as we were seated on the bar side. Food tasted great, could have been a tadwarmer but it was still excellent. I had the Master Cheeseburger my wife had the Tavern Cheeseburger. Both were tasty. Willtry to return soon. Read more

We went to the restaurant on Father's Day 2022. We went mid-afternoon hoping to avoid the meal time rush. We thought it odd... that there was only a few cars in the parking lot when we arrived. Upon entering we were told that it would be 20-25 minutesbefore we could be seated even though the restaurant looked like it was practically deserted. We waited and was finally seated. Waitress was excellent although you could tell that she was only 1 of 2 waitresses in the entire restaurant. Food was good andfry refills came when requested. I realize that they were short handed, but we would have been happier if we had been shown to atable and served drinks. It will be awhile before we try this restaurant again. Read more

We've dined here a couple of times and are usually pleased with the food and service. It's not my favorite place as it is... usually loud but my daughter wanted to go for her birthday the other day. We arrived shortly before 6pm on a Tuesday and weretold that it would be an hour wait to be seated. Even though the parking lot was half empty, the only other people we sawpotentially waiting for a table was a mother and daughter, and a large group (at least 6 people, I didn't count) was leavingjust as we arrived. I also noticed that the restaurant was fairly quiet. On other occasions, when it is full, it is veryloud. To be fair, the hostess takes your name and # so there could have been quite a few people who were on the list but hadgone across the street to the mall while waiting. But I would assume that the lobby would have been full of people who'sestimated wait time was almost up. I'm assuming that they must also be experiencing staffing issues like everyone else. Again,not their fault. However, I would recommend that you call ahead to get on the list if possible. I can't comment on the food orservice this time because we decided drive over to the mall while we waited. Then we decided to check a local Italian restaurantnearby, which was able to seat us on their patio immediately so we ate there instead. Read more

#AccordingToArmon Dear Management, First off, I am normally a really lenient & friendly reviewer but I have to be honest on... this one. On Friday, April 29, 2022 at 9:30p, It took almost 25 minutes to be seated in a restaurant that was more than halfempty. When we walked, we were barely greeted as the greeter acted as if she could not speak. Shelly our waitress on the otherhand did a phenomenal job as she was very timely, responsive & professional! If it were not for Shelly, if it were possible,this review would have been a 0 star all the way but ONLY because of Shelly; it will receive a 1 star. We ordered 2 Royal RobinBurgers with one of them being a Double for an extra $3; we also ordered side salads and endless sweet potato fries which werevery cold & the side salad was good but they only gave me about 9 fries so after 2 bites, I was needing to ask for more already.I also asked for no mayo on my burger and they gave me extra mayo. The bathrooms were filthy and the silverware & cups were notclean either. Thank God that my wife?s food was decent or this would have been a complete waste of a trip. I don?t know whatit is but it seems as if the quality of restaurants in Indianapolis and surrounding areas are going downhill. I know people havebad days but this is getting a little ridiculous. I definitely would not be returning to this location. Please do better RedRobin as this is extremely unacceptable. Read more

The burgers and endless fries are awesome! The only issue I had this time was my burger was not well done like I asked. I ate it... anyways and it was still pretty good. Also the campfire sauce is good with the fries. Lastly, the oreo milkshakes are delicious!This is a good place to take the kids. Read more
