I ordered my food in the drive thru. After waiting 20+ minutes for 2 burritos and a bowl, I had to go back into the restaurant... for a burrito that was missing from the order. Waited inside as the staff looked at me and avoided eye contact. Finally anassociate was told to help me and she was upset that I asked for my food. My bowl was thrown in the bag without the lid securedso that everything was spilled all over in the bag. Acceptable fast food drive-through. Frequently get Nacho Fries box. However, disgusted today 11-12. Hours on door state 9a.m.... to 10p.m. Decided to eat inside & use restroom at 12 Noon. Door was locked! So I went to nearby Thornton's gas station forrestroom & went to my motel for fruit & muffins. Skipped customer-unfriendly Taco Bell completely. The Bell has been quick tohike prices during Bidenflation, but doesn't provide basic amenities! New non-absorptive thin paper towel 'napkins' areanother sign of disrespect toward customers.
