I received my order 96 Minutes after I placed it. I live less than a mile and a half away from the store. The order was received... I checked my order with the driver and it's nothing that I ordered. They said that's all they had. I ordered two Iced Teas andtwo Sprites and instead was given two Cokes and two sprites. I ordered a medium pie with mushrooms and green peppers I receiveda medium plain pie, I ordered a Mediterranean sandwich, and it is burned significantly. This is the second time this hashappened, I opened up a dispute last time, and I got a generic response. I do not want a generic response this time. I believein supporting the local economy, that's why i do delivery, and I was given two reasons in a row that i shouldn't at this store.I want a refund not a generic email. Not a store credit, a refund. I tried to contact the store and it just rang and then ithung up did this several times throughout the 90 minutes I waited. The fact that Google forces you to give any stars is incredibly frustrating. This location doesn't deserve any benefit of even... the forced one star. My Wife and I ordered Friday, September 9th at 7:08pm through the app. An automated email stated that itwould take 31-41mins for delivery. At 7:56, I began calling, as the app said ?Chris? is doing a ?Quality Check? at 7:23pm. Ittook 25 minutes and multiple attempts at calling to get through to a person in the store - Christopher ,the "manager" startedthe conversation with "they'll call when they're outside" without asking any details about our order. Then followed up with,"it'll get there when it gets there". He offered no apology, explanation, or resolution that constitutes for actual customerservice. When our order still wasn't here after an hour and a half, we finally cancelled after spending another 15 minutes thistime on hold as the phone receiver was placed on the counter and left of the hook. When ?Chris? picked up we were met withlittle concern for the dissatisfaction. It's clear that servicing customers is not the priority because as the "manager", Chrisstates?. ?He gets paid regardless of whether we receive our food or not? Read more

When you order for delivery it never comes. Had to call 5 times just to get a response. When the delivery driver comes he... doesn't want to get out of the car. He just opens the passenger door and sits there. And not to mention this is the second timeordering from this location. Never Again Read more

I worked here and it was the worst experience I?ve had. The manager?s name is Toni and she was not nice to me at all. She have... said very rude comments and have treated many of her employees with disrespect. Her lack of patience and much of her attitudemakes this place feel very unwelcoming. Not only this, but is no more than one other person, besides herself working. They donot wash all of the dishes and often use the same sauce bottles to refill. Also, there are roaches present and do come incontact with the food that they make, which is only removed from the food and never remade! I do not believe this establishmentshould be open anymore. It is just disappointing to watch it continue any longer. Read more

Very under staff. When I came in the 1 employee was playing music from his phone on the store speaker that had explicit language... and disregarded that fact that he had customers coming in and out of the store. The ingredients In the pizza once they werefinished cooking had a foul smell to it and i will never order from this location again. This place used to great when it firstopened but there there needs to be better management and a whole new staffing to get things back to the way it was originally Read more
