If I could give 0 stars I would. Be very careful at this location. I ordered an iced coffee yesterday morning and slurped up a... small bug which I immediately felt. Took it out of my mouth and put it on the lid. I still feel disgusted. I sat in silence fora while and drove back to the location. I waited for all of the customers to clear so I wouldn't put it on "blast" I was verynice and understanding about it despite my disgust when the nasty cashier said it's not inside its on the lid. I told her I tookit out of my mouth and sat it there. She then flicked it and rudely said that's a coffee ground. At this point I was livid andtold her it was clearly a bug and you could see the legs. NEVER EVER AGAIN and on my way out the door, bugs, flying all aroundthe location. I still can't eat or drink. Every time I come here (or the Central avenue location) I get a different story of why the espresso shots are differently sized... or priced; but the espresso is good, so even though they are shockingly more expensive than even a Starbucks espresso, Inormally endure the confusion. However, I must have been to this Dunkin donuts like 100 times, and after waiting 15 minutes inthe drive through, my debit card was not swiping, and they wouldn't give me the espresso so I could park, retrieve my cash frommy purse in the trunk area and pay them. What? Instead I had to park, go inside, stand in line again, and then reorder myespresso, which took another 15 minutes for them to prepare. BUT forgetting that display of mistrust, when I asked them why theycouldn't just give me the espresso and I would be right back in 5 or 10 minutes, I really didn't want it to be just throw it out(as I had already handled it, that is what would be expected anywhere!) THEY SAID "We can't just give it to the customer, wehave to put it back in" just in case that's disgusting, and red flag to a health inspection. I know it's not something to get upset about but the sales rep never gave me my free birthday drink when it said so on the... receipt. I believe she was confused at the fact that I paid with a gift card . Regardless she passed me off to another employeeand he didn't know what was happening, I ended up having to get back in line through the drive thru and pay for another drinkthat should have been free . DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN DONUTS!!! There is another Dunkin Donuts few minutes away in Fanwood. I rather go there or 7-Eleven... down the street has Donuts and Coffee too. Also, there is WaWa on south ave which is 2 minutes away from this Dunkin Donuts. Themiddle age Indian lady here is very rude and has the worst attitude. I've been to many different dunkin donut locations but thislocation is the first one that I would not recommend anyone to go to. I was with my husband and children. I don't really buyfast food for my children so that's why my little children sometimes takes little extra time to decide what they want when oncein a while we take them out to eat and because of that, they may change their mind more then once. I didn't want my children torush to order because of that reason I wanted to go inside and order but the lobby was closed, we had to go thru drive thru andplace an order. This young African American girl took our order. She was patiently taking our order but when I was letting herknow that we wanted 1 strawberry glazed with sprinkle, 1 chocolate glazed with sprinkle, 2 chocolate frosted and 2 chocolateglazed without sprinkle donuts but she was little confused she thought I wanted 3 chocolate glazed with sprinkle so I said it'sokay. Whatever you got I want total 6 donuts while I was finishing my sentence I heard this middle age Indian lady in the backhurry up and order there is a line. When I heard her say that I was so annoyed. I said to the young lady I wanted 1 bagel withegg and cheese and 1 bagel with cream cheese. Then we drove to the window because I kept thinking about the lady in the backtelling us to hurry up. When we got to the window our order wasn't done so I said to the young lady that came to the window canI please add munchkin so she added and told us our total then she proceeded to tell me we can't add anything at the windowbecause that middle age lady told her not to add anything to our order. Cashier is DISGUSTING!!!!!!!! As we were ordering, she rudely said " HURRY UP AND ORDER BECAUSE I HAVE A LINE". ???? I was ready... to cuss her out!!! So we drove to the counter and an Indian lady gave us our food. One of the orders was incorrect and she stoodthere looking at us for 30 secs like she had no plans to correct it. Then she charged us a $1 more and told us to wait outfront. Shortly after a male came with my drink. It was still incorrect but instead of picking up a charge. I decided to justthrow it away. I live very close so thought this was convenient, but this location is nothing but trouble. They got my order wrong at the drive... up so parked to walk in and the door was locked. So had to walk to the drive up the lady was startled and acted afraid of me. Noapology for getting my order wrong. They also close early and no sign. You show up 30 min before they close and see them insidecleaning up and they won't take your order, no closed sign and won't even communicate it. Never again Read more
