I?m doing Uber eats and they refuse to give me the food and said I was going to ?steal it? when I showed them I had two codes.... Then they said if I want the other order I had to get back in the line and drive around. They were so rude and disrespectful.Nobody speaks English and they take too long to prepare orders. *UPDATE * 7/13/22 Can someone please explain to me how you change management and swap out almost an entire staff of employees ,... but still provide trash service lol ? I laugh because it literally must be a joke. The burger bun was stale , just like thestaffs attitude and customer service skills ( couldn?t even eat it ) . The ladies in the morning are wonderful and sweet , butthat night crew could use some work. Definitely won?t be visiting again. I?m honestly not sure why I came back in the firstplace lol * ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW* The older woman at the window has a horrible attitude . She was working at midnight onMonday. I asked her a question in regards to the orders I was picking up and she cut me off to answer the question she didn?tgive the right answer to. I attempted to ask once more to clarify but she proceeded to cut me off again and became aggressivewhile raising her voice. On top of that the drink order was WRONG and it all could?ve been avoided if she had took the time tolisten . She clearly does not need to be dealing with customers. Very unprofessional night time manager.I went to the drive threw at 12:30am the drive thru cashier was rude as well. when I got... to the window the manager was there as well I told him his attitude is rude. I explained I to am a manager you have to checkyour attitude as I drove away I heard him state she is being 'Extra'. Not the type of attitude I would like to deal with after ahard day of work. Too many times now I've gone through the drive through and didn't get what I ordered. The workers are unprofessional and... seemingly playing. You order a double stacks and when you get home, you have single hamburgers. They give you whatever theywant. You pay good money to be treated like garbage. I will never go back. One star is too generous. Read more
