Came for the nostalgia left for the attitude.... I do not like to ever leave bad reviews but the food I got looked like... something a prisoner may be served pair that with the way I was treated at the counter and I would say you got one fun ride...if that ride was on a rudercoaster... don't go here... ever. I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews. I stopped at this location to try Roy Rogers for the first time. The employee at... the counter was very nice. The piece of chicken used to make my sandwich was very large and the baked beans were good too. Myonly complaint was that there was not a spoon in the bag for the baked beans. Overpriced food and horrible service. My bill was $37 and some change and I just saw my bank statement and $45.30 was taken... out. So apparently, the unfriendly nasty lady working the counter took it upon herself to write in herself a $7 tip that I didnot approve! Wow i will never be going back to this one. The old lady that works front end was completely rude, messed up our order and then... got even mad when we ask for our missing 4 pieces tenders. To the point she started to throw stuff on the floor and throw thefood at us. Which the tenders where clearly old and hard. We onpy stopped because our kids where really hungry and we weretrying to get home like others were. She needs fired and yall need to get you stuff together. And our order was over 50 bucksfor 3 people we could of aten somewhere better for that much only got 7 things Read more
Absolutely disgusting food chicken dry as can be an cold so I will never eat there again period that?s disappointing
Serious disappointed. Paid almost $7 for a chicken sandwich and this is what I get. See pic. So disappointed. Barely a piece of... chicken in there for my hard earn 7 bucks. Its literally just bread,soft bread and cheese and a cold chicken. However, once Ivspoken to the cashier woman, she was nice enough to have the kitchen remake me a new one. Much better and fresh. If I could give zero stars I would. Employees are very rude. I came in to get an 8 piece Chicken meal just to be told they only... had 8 breasts.. My husband asked how long it would be before any chicken would be done. The lady in the front who is very rudemight I add asked the guy in the back how long. He stated he wasn't making anymore and the next shift could do it. The lady thensaid so you're not going to make any and then preceeded to tell him it would be 30 minutes we are otr drivers and dont have 30mins to wait for the next shift to come in to cook the chicken. We ended up just getting 6 breasts and 4 biscuits and had to buythe extra sides because they were not willing to give any kind of of discount for the inconvenience.
