Ordered Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles. Both were not great. Pad Thai noodles were soggy and there was very little chicken.... Drunken Noodles were also soggy and had a lot of cilantro. The description didn’t mention cilantro (and I’ve never hadDrunken Noodles with cilantro before) and I’m one of those people that it tastes like soap to, so that was all I could taste,even after picking it out. My husband already gave a rave review, but it bears repeating. It was the most flavorful Thai food I've had in my life and I've... had a lot of Thai food! I also want to add that our server was extremely sweet, personable and attentive. We will definitelybe back. We have a tradition of going for Thai on my birthday. I know where we are going next year and the years after. Mybirthday is in March so of course there is no way I can wait to go back until THEN lol! Even though we haven't dined inside the restaurant, we have been using their takeout services many times. The food is... consistently good, the menu choices are sufficient, the preparation is fine, and the prices are more or less budget-friendly. Wewould specifically like to mention the restaurant's Spicy Beef Salad, Rhong-Tiam Dumplings (steamed or pan-fried, with chicken,shrimp, and cabbage, served with homemade ginger vinaigrette), and Grilled Duck Curry (charcoal grilled duck, bell peppers,eggplant, pineapples, tomatoes, bamboo shoots and basil in homemade red curry). The menu also offers several soup choices, andvarious fried rice and noodle dishes as well as different curries, chicken, beef and seafood dishes. The dining area is quitespacious and the service friendly and efficient. Last but not least important is the fact that Rhong Tiam is basically the onlyone dedicated Thai restaurant in the area, after the Thai restaurant located in Hamilton, in Foxmoor Shopping Center went out ofbusiness several years ago. Ordered the Drunken Noodles w/ beef (Pak Kee Mao) and Basil Fried Rice w/ shrimp for lunch and I must say both dishes were... delicious. I would give their Drunken Noodles a 10/10. Make sure you ask for spicy ????! I enjoyed every bite and it was anauthentic taste. So far the best drunken noodles I’ve had in central jersey. Pretty authentic thai dish. Among the four dishes we ordered, patseewu (with beef) was the best. The sauce was very flavorful,... ingredients were fresh, and the noodles were very soft.
