I ordered beef sukiyaki and pork katsu before, on Uber Earts, which were fine. This time I ordered the bibimbap, and it was... literally inedible. It was the worst bibimbap I?ve ever had in my life. It seemed like they had taken leftover stir fry fromanother dish and added it here. While the Uber Eats description and photo show ?julienned vegetables? there were huge pieces ofcabbage, big squares of bell pepper cooked in black bean sauce?definitely not authentic at all! The other vegetables were cannedbamboo shoots, seaweed that left a bright green dye, and more vegetables (carrots, onions, and bean sprouts) that had been stirfried in the black bean sauce. The worst part was the ?fried egg? wasn?t fried?it was raw. The rice was dripping with completelyraw egg whites. It?s fine if the egg yolk is runny, but the egg white is supposed to be cooked!! This was our first time here and it was delicious!? The shrimp bao buns had a perfect kick of spice, and the Black Queen ramen... was perfect for the crisp weather. It wasn't too salty and the broth was delicious ? Read more

A ramen fusion restaurant located in the same complex as the Asian Food Market. We are still on a quest to find a good ramen... place in Central NJ. Ambiance: Booths all along the sides of the restaurant and a long table down the middle. It is nicelydecorated and very cozy. Our order: Chicken karaage, veggie ramen, pork shogoyaki, chicken lime ramen, and japanese sausagefried rice. The chicken karaage didn't have much flavor if you didn't dip it into the sauce. It came with 2 types of dippingsauce (white - lime flavored, reddish/orage - slightly spicy). My veggie ramen was just ok. The best part about it was thenoodles, which are hand made in house. They were bouncy and chewy and had great texture. It came with woodear mushrooms, enokimushrooms, bamboo, and fried tofu. I felt like it was still missing something. The pork shogoyaki was a bit bland for me. Itcame with pickled veggies, pork, rice, and a bit of noodles. I was surpised to find noodles in it was I was just expectingrice. The japanese sausage fried rice was pretty good. The sausages tasted very similar to just a regular hot dog and it addedjust the right amount of saltiness to the dish. Overall, just an average ramen place. Nothing really stood out that would makeus return again. We didn't try the other menu options like their sushi, korean bimbimbap, etc. But it's great that they have somany options all in one place. Read more

This is the worst ramen I?ve ever had. Their signature ramen is too oily and no taste. The Japanese roast pork is too fat. The... soup is horrible. The stir fry udon is sour. We left with majority of food still on the table. I don?t recommend thisrestaurant. Read more

We had the Black Queen Ramen, Red Volcano Ramen, and Traditional Tonkotsu Shio Ramen. Overall the ramens were disappointing. The... toppings were alright, the chashu had a great texture but no taste, the menma was ok, and the egg was pretty good. But the brothwas completely bland and tasteless, the only flavor was salty. This was true of all three ramens. The chicken kaarage was alsodisappointing. The chicken was flavorless and had clearly not been marinated. It also was not crispy and barely even fried. Thekaarage came with the spicy mayo sauce leftover from making sushi, and the sauce was the only thing this tasted like. Therestaurant itself was fine, and clean. The floors were a little sticky, but i think the main problem is understaffing. There wasone poor kid running around bussing ~8 tables both in doors and out, while also taking care of all the takeout orders and phonecalls. He was very nice and tried to take care of us the best he could, but the fact is he was doing the job of 2-3 people andso service was slow. Read more
