So Sad to see this? Since post-Covid this place has been disappointing one order after the other. Most of the time I will order... something on the app (it never states that they don?t have it) and I will walk in and they don?t have it. Pre-Covid I was herealmost every day and I was actually friends with staff but these days even the staff are not great. I have ordered a decaf latte7 times now in the last 2 months and EVERY SINGLE TIME, I will go to pick up my order and they will say we don?t have it, do youeven buy it in the first place? I read the reviews before coming here myself and I must say it?s hard to blame the ?kids/young girls? working the store.... Operating a store under a management who clearly doesn?t care themselves is motivation enough to not care about your job. Thislocation gave up on OB a long time ago. Stop attacking the kids. Write to corporate if you?d actually like to see change. Note:if you?re coming here in the evening all hot drinks may be unavailable due to how long the machine takes to shut down for thenight. (V) was the server: Background: I?ve been in this area for 7 years now. V arrived just pre-covid (2019?). This place has become... ?night and day,? (?before vs after??) when contrasted with it prior to V?s arrival: I.Before V Took Over (3 stars) 1. Coffee,was rarely up to snuff, although all DD coffees are good regardless of how fresh they are 2. Egg and other sandwiches were fairto good?but sometimes not fresh 3. Donuts were a ?lottery ticket..? (I am not even joking about this!...) a. Sometimes theywould be fair to good b. At the wrong time of the day- ROCKs are actually softer than what they provided 4. Employees?- a bunchof kids mainly..hit or miss again?just depended on who was managing the shift (but honestly on LI, we don?t care?just give ustop quality food?) II. After V Took Over- (SIX stars on a Scale of 1-5!) 1. Coffee, is off the charts- super-fresh?they re-brewevery few minute 2. Egg and other sandwiches are usually insanely good 3. I should have learned my lesson by now with this place? I go here mainly for the convenience cause it?s on my way to work. Today... wasn?t the first time this place had trouble with the mobile orders. I ordered way before I left my house because I know theyalways are backed up. When I got there not only was my mobile order not ready but they claim the ?mobile orders aren?t working?.When asked what I got I told them and the worker made me a completely different order , they made my another drink again notwhat I ordered by that time I was almost late for work and just needed to leave. Hopefully I learned my lesson and will avoidthis Dunkin at all costs. Probably one of the worsts on Long Island. Read more
Outstanding overall (repeat) performance by the preparer, G: a. Very polite, and it is thus an extreme pleasure to attend this... location, now and for many future re-visits b. It?s my first time trying the DD ?Power Breakfast sandwich, as I usually go to BKor McDonald?s for these sandwich items in the AM? ? I truly think that this manager must be a sous chef in his home country, andcame here (on numerous other past occasions I?ve had his fresh, succulent donuts that could easily be served in a 4 starrestaurant?) , and would up at dunkin?good for us?it?s our neighborhood?s ?steal!? ? Perfectly cooked. Unbelievable combinationof vegetables, eggs, and sausage, on a perfectly toasted slightly moist English muffin. I added a bit of black pepper andwow! i. I am sorry that I every ate at Micky Dee?s or BK..those are sad excuses for what they pass off as breakfast items. ii. Ican still taste the remarkable flavor on my lips c. Keep it up!. I wish I could rate this Dunkin negative 5 stars. The customer service is terrible. I order on the app all the time and my order... is never ready. The owner must be absentee because most of the people who work here don't care. The young guys are good. It'sthe older short guy with the mustache who doesn't care. And the girls who work there in the mornings are horrible too. Read more
This Dunkin was very bad. The floors were littered with trash, the latte was horrible, and the worker was wearing a hoodie and... was obviously unhappy to be there. We went to another down the street. Read more
This Dunkin' donuts is decent at best. A lot of times they get my food and how I want my coffee wrong. Which is pretty simple.... Black, no suger. Not sure if it's a disconnect with the language with the people taking your order. Read more
