I moved in the area and went to the Mario's Pizza expecting at least average quality. To my surprise, I must say it was the... worst pizza experience I had. First of all, the base crust seemed it had no yeast and no salt added. It was the weirdest crustthat had no taste at all. It tasted really like a cardboard. The sauce was sour and all the toppings seemed out of placebecause the basic crust and the sauce were really off. It's a small place and I want to see it do well in the neighborhood. Ihope the place review their basic crust and sauce making technique and try to improve the basics. Reply to the owner: HiVasili. I don't care about making it up to me. Please review your basic sauce ingredients and also the dough ingredients. Pleasecompare yours to other known tasty Italian places and I am sure you can change your to make it much better.
