We use drive through all the time. What I notice on my last trip was money theft. I was asked if I want to round to nearest... dollar as form of donation and I said not on this visit. The payment window lady went ahead and rounded it and charged us thatextra. If there are quotas of collecting donation that?s fine but such obvious acts are disappointing. Lock the doors too early at 9pm. Refuse to use their delivery window anymore. Make every driver wait in line so everyone has to... wait on line longer even when food is ready. Customers get cold food, will not give food out from 1st window. Terrible servicecompared to McDonald's in Huntington and Syosset. This McDonald's is such a different experience from the one in Oyster Bay, NY. The staff is so friendly and attentive to the... customers. It's clean and bright appearance should be an example of what McDonald's should look like. They should officially betold what a great job they are doing.
