I have been to this location on numerous occasions and every experience here was absolutely horrendous. I always order thru the... drive thru and no matter who?s working they are always so rude and disrespectful. I?ve heard a female worker yell at an 80 yearold man ordering in front of me bc he couldn?t read the screen to confirm that his order was correct. Today I went an had a maleworker take my order. No one ever says hello they say what do u want, what else then pull up. Not only did they get my orderwrong but he ripped the credit card out of my hand and then basically threw the bag of food into my car without ever saying oneword to me. I don?t judge based on taste or flavor or politeness, but making orders wrong is not excusable. I ordered a breakfast scramble... egg sandwich and coffee for delivery, when I opened my sandwich things were falling apart, and there?s no egg in it, kiddingme?! And the size is so tiny, this is a whole sandwich, not a half one! Whoever made this in the kitchen should be fired! Andwhoever trained and hired these ppl should be sent home. Today I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I received at this location. I ordered a Caesar salad and they... give me about half a handful of lettuce. I tried speaking to the manager Georgina and politely asked if I could get more lettucesince it was absolutely absurd the amount of food I was getting for the price I was paying. She rudely told me that she couldn?tdo anything and she refused to help me. It is way too expensive for the amount of food they serve. Complete rip-off! Read more
So this location is hit or miss. Sometimes you have very nice, friendly helpful employees help you and other times the... employees are rude, unhelpful and seem annoyed to be helping you. They run out of large cold cups often and give you a mediumwhen you order and pay for a large through the app. The order ahead feature is great and the orders are always ready ratherquickly. So who doesn?t love Panera? I absolutely love their food! The customer service has changed over time. Let?s just say it?s not... Starbucks, for sure. However. today there was a really sweet young girl with a huge smile. Very polite. Thank you! As forwhomever is making the food and smoothies back there?..I?m not being picky. I told the girl that my smoothie cup was not filledup. In fact, this $6 drink is already in a small cup and there were about 2 inches empty. They?ve never done that before. And Ivery apologetic asked if they?d add more or remake it (yea felt bad) but I was so nice about it. About 2 minutes later she comesout with my, ?new? drink. It tastes like water. Did they think I would not notice? It?s just so unfair when they do somethingwrong and I?m the bad one for simply asking for what should?ve been given to me to begin with. Visited Panera Bread today (10/03/2019) and was incredibly impressed as always. The tomato soup in bread bowl was amazing,... again, as always. Dipping the bread into the bread bowl of soup is nothing short of incredible. The agave lemonade was excellentas well - filled that up twice :) The staff are friendly, and appear knowledgeable. There's a drive-thru, if you're into thatsort of thing. Overall, 5/5 experience. Awesome! Read more
