I've had really good drive through experiences here. Dining room...not so much, either its closed or the staff seems a bit... unprofessional. However, I will say i'm thoroughly please with the drive through service. They are always very polite, even ifthey are out of something they're always apologetic and quick to compensate with a solution. Our orders come out correct eachtime, and I just really appreciate the attitude of the drive through staff. Thank yall! Read more
Seriously!!! Arbys is the bomb!! Their tender roast beef and cheddar sandwiches are soooo good with horsey sauce. And their... Rueben sandwiches are my absolute favorite. Literally the taste melts in your mouth if you like corned beef. Definitely my go toplace when I see one!!! Went to Arby's 6/28/22 honestly, can you ever get bad food at Arby's? I think not!!! Restaurant was having difficulty keeping up with orders, manager locked the doors. Concentrated on drive through only. Customers... meanwhile were knocking on doors/ windows wanting food. Seemed very strange to me. Instead of helping manager was yelling outorders to his employees throughout my entire meal. Again very odd. Read more

I'm assuming the employees don't know their own menu. I ordered two creamy Mediterranean Wraps and received something completely... different. Where did the bacon and cheese come from because that is not on that wrap. Possibly received a roasted turkey baconwrap? And then at the drive-thru window they quickly gave us the bag and then shut the window. They didn't even asked if wewanted any condiments which there are none in the bag. Now I don't know about anybody else but I would like something to eat thefries with. I.E. ketchup. Read more
