Ordered on the app and walked over from the truck stop nearby the doors were locked for some reason a hour before the posted... time the store closed?? No big deal walked over to the drive thru only to be met with 4 employees all on cell phones not seeingme standing in the drive thru so I knocked on the glass only to see them all jump and start looking at each other. Finally aftera few minutes one opens the window and looks puzzled when I said I would like to pick up my order. After talking to some othersmy pizza is given to me. Am I asking too much for this younger staff to know the procedures for pickups? Or basic salutations nothank you no hello nothing my pizza had the toppings just falling off as if they were added after baking. I rarely eat pizzahut just not as good as it used to be sadly everyone out pizza's the hut and this location and my experience is why. We came here for the buffet and waited 15 minutes for another pizza to come out. At one point there were 12 guest inside and no... pizza. The manager, Andrea, told us they had 12 pizza put in at 11am, but no pizza to show. If you're buffet opens at 11:00, youshould be ready. Sorry service. Read more
Being from out of state I wasn?t impressed. I ordered on the app with ease. I waited till app told me that my order was ready. I... pulled up the window and I was told it?d be another 10 minutes so I waited another 10 minutes. I pull back up to the window thesecond time and was told it?s still not done? another 10 minutes later pizza was done. I also order salads and didn?t receivedressing or forks or even napkins. I have tried this place 3 times and will officially never go back! I came here for lunch all 3 times trying to give it a chance... and it never meets the mark. Pizza was scarce to get and the slices are super thin and small. Plainview has another buffetacross the street that is 100x better and cheaper @ 806 Pizza House. Read more
Food was good, got the wrong crust on my order but oh well. Service was great other than that.
