I had the worst experience today. Staff rude and they were so loud tht u can hear all staff plus manager talking about me. I... don't see wht the problem was to get my item replaced with wht I ordered. Was supposed to be a beef chulupa but got a cheezygortita. It was supposed to be 2 boxes with cheezy gortita and 2 beef supreme chulups .We ordered $5 boxes. They would notchange my order and wanted me to pay more for my item and waste more money. Just cuz it was a online order. Saying it was ourmistake and they weren't gonna fix it. Very poor management with staff and all employees. It was same price we payed don't seewht the problem was... Food was good. Never have had the breakfast box before. It was only $5. With a drink.
Anyone who eats here knows what they are getting, and that is usually a delicious disaster. Taco Bell is tied for my favorite... fastfood, and certainly the one I go to the most. Read more
Took awhile for my order to be made . But when it came it was fresh . Then cook notified me it was only him and 2 other workers... working . Props for the man I didn't catch his name but he was kind apologized for the wait which he shouldn't of had to do .The manager should have a full crew running not just 3 people. We come to Taco Bell regularly and always have problems with missing food or shady service. The last visit on 6/14/21 we got... several items. The food was extremely small portioned. We paid for tomatoes and didn't get any on 2 tacos. Called to tell them.The manager Rage put us down on the book and said we had 4 days to claim. Well when we tried to claim them 3 days later we weretold we were not on the book. They told us they couldn't do anything about it anymore. I guess from now on if we do go back Iwill sit in the drive thru and open every item to make sure the order is correct. We are tired of paying our hard earned moneyand not getting good service or food. Just cuz we come late don't mean we aren't entitled to a good meal. Read more
