Some guy was inside cleaning the dining room, and told us we had to go around to the other side. We did and some young girl came... out and said the dining room was closed and it was drive thru only. She was super super rude about it. We don't recommend thiswendys. Read more
Good customer service except their drive thru always out or debit not accepted etc. (Not the employees fault. Management... failure or owner should be blamed) Also the fries seem more salty then most locations based on two times I've stopped by. Read more

Why I gave a three. Many times the before crew 10 am crew are working without either cash or the ability to use credit cards.... The stall are always great but hampered in other ways. Because of the availability of bus parking...they get a lot of schoolbusses. This hurts the flow of non bus customers. If you happen to come during a bus run, be prepared to wait. They have somepersonnel who are great at customer service. Read more
So far this location has been pretty good. Extremely irritating that they change their menu several days if not weeks before... they actually launch the new items. When they finally do start offering the new items they are always out of the product. Don'tadvertise what you don't have... Read more
Wendy's is Wendy's. It been the same everywhere I been to. The food I mean. Customer service is always different. Tonight was... different. Two people at the cash register when I walked in saw me and then took off to the back with the other 5 people, theplace was not busy at all when I was there. No one in drive thru and I was the only one inside. Finally after 2 to 3 minutes ayoung boy came up and took my order. I ordered my spicy chicken combo he rang it up, I didn't see the cookies until after herang it up, I asked if they were soft he said yes made fresh. So I said I will take the sugar cookie. He cancelled my order toadd the cookie on. I paid for the meal. He asked if I wanted ice I said yes, I guess their machine was broke, I asked if I couldget some of the lemonade that was was behind him he said "I can't sorry". I said why not he said he would have to charge meagain for it because it's fresh made. I said, politely, you should ask people first if they want fresh made lemonade. He turnedaround without saying anything. I went to get my drink and napkins I seen my tray sitting there at the front desk so I went byand asked if that was mine and the same young man walked by me and nodded his head yes.
