I used to go with my client in the morning and they were great. Since my client change his schedule to night he hasn't been able... to enjoy his coffee. They are always close by 6pm even though the schedule says 8pm. I understand if they close the dine in area1hr earlier but 2 is ridiculous. Whoever waited on me yesterday thought it was a good idea to show me pictures in his phone while people are waiting behind me... and asking me if I thought the girl in the picture was pretty. Then they gave me a hot coffee instead of an iced coffee. Thatcrew in the afternoon all they do is fool around there. Sat at the window for 10 minutes waiting for a medium hot black and a small iced black. And when I said it was taking too long... they gave me an attitude. They were just standing around gossiping instead of working. This is specifically for the night shift.I work at a Dunkin? Donuts. Went there this evening and they got my order wrong Not only did the girl with the black hair lack customer service she seemed... like she hated life. Their obsessed with serving me milk instead of coffee. Idk why i even keep coming back. The morning shift makes the lattes... perfect. The evening shift consistently serves me an entire cup of milk. Your better off going to southington in the evening. 2stars because the morning shift knows what their doing Nothing more because I work night shift and am often stuck with a cup ofmilk from the evening. The morning crew is amazing. The absolute best. But the afternoon crew has been a repeat disappointment. We have been left... waiting at the drive thru window or sent to the lot multiple times. More often than not leaving with whatever they decide tobring out. It's never the entire order. You're almost guaranteed to get some kind of aditude if you ask about the missing itemsyou already paid for. But only if it's after 1 pm. The morning crew is kind and knows they're regulars and treat them likevaluable people not just a hassle. Read more
