Food was very cold, I could tell they used old burgers that have been sitting in the tray instead of fresh ones. I took my... family for dinner and was so dissatisfied with soggy cold fries and food. Not only is" the ice cream machine is down" a constant, but after placing an order to pick up inside and getting the code ,the... doors are locked due to employees calling out and then when you're forced to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru only to be told...we "ain't got" your number ( obviously since mine was for the interior)...not only can I not reorder as this order has notbeen satisfied ...but my app is stalked, I can not place a subsequent order and I leave having paid, app stuck and no food!However above losing the money,the points, the non-existent products ..THE worst is the unprofessional rude "I don't care"attitude! Rude Manger, Went to get ice coffee after waiting 10 mins in drive decided to go in , even worse inside, after asking for a... fresh new ice coffee waited longer no up date, so I ask Manger if more coffee was being made , he became rude said he had otherpeople that he needed to take care , continued to keep talking about me to other workers and customers , After waiting and himserving another customer her ice coffee which he got from the back , he once again asked me what I order , I said didn't matter,asked for a refund which he gladly gave and said I don't have time for you I have people to take care of . I received a burnt sandwich. After specifically telling them my sandwich was burnt yesterday and that I was willing to wait for... a fresh one.
