We ordered ketchup and water with our meals and discovered after the fact that they didn?t put it in our take out bag. They... also didn?t provide napkins like they normally do. Other than that, the meal was delicious. Oh, and put your flag up when theState orders half-staff. Read more

This location is pretty busy. But they handle it quite well. I wish they had some vegetarian stuff to eat other than coffee and... ice cream. Read more

First of all, tell me how it's gonna take nearly half an hour to get through 3 cars in the drive through when its fully staffed?... That's just wild to me. Second of all, tell me why I was able to order my Cactus Flea Market Box thru the app, get to thewindow, open the box-- no toy? So, I ask the dude. "No toy?" Homie just shakes his head. I payed $13 for a box bro??? And norefund? Not a professional bone in that whole establishment btw. Just some folks flirting with eachother and playing with theirhair while giving THE MOST attitude to customers. And the pictures that have been posted in other reviews? Oh nah. Will the McDonald?s on Maple Street in Plainville finally improve? I gave it a try today after not going there for a very long... time. Unfortunately doesn?t seem like it?service is poor, customer service even worse. From the second I pulled up to the windowto the moment I left the girl at the window did not say a word to me at all; very rude vibes. It's always been slow at this location, but I give them the benefit of the doubt. Until tonight. On the app, it said "$5 crispy,... spicy, or deluxe chicken sandwich, fries and medium drink." I clicked on "get deal" button but instead of applying this deal, itshowed me the list of all deals. OK, whatever. So I clicked on the ONLY option that seemed the same. And this one only said $5CRISPY chicken sandwich meal and didn't say deluxe or spicy, sure... which I didn't notice. Why would anyone have noticed thisthough? I would've understood if there was something different on their POS system, but this person who took my order was SOrude about it when I tried to order a deluxe meal, that I told her peace, and drive away. It's been a long day for everyone, butthis person was so rude that I feel bad for anyone else who had to interact with her (other customers, coworkers, etc). I tookmy family across town to the better McDonald's and will never be returning to this location! Read more

Worst McDonald's around. They NEVER get the order right. And slow as molasses. I was 2nd in line at the drive thru and waited... close to 10 minutes while employees brought bags of food and drinks in and out of the store going from car to car havingeveryone's orders wrong. One guy started yelling across the parking lot to the drive thru window to bring out his sodas theyforgot. I saw one bag of food be passed to 3 different cars of people who then gave it back as incorrect. I wouldn't want myfood being passed around like that. Literal circus watching all this go on while waiting forever. Get to the window and theyhad my order wrong as well. Manager woman at the window had her pants zipper down the whole time gross. And didn't seem to beconcerned about all the problems. Never EVER go to this McDonald's!!! Read more

I would give zero stars if it was an option!!!! I had such a horrible experience I would come here every morning maybe even... twice a day and today I found a hair inside my breakfast sandwich and since I was heading to work I couldn?t go back to get mymoney back. The manager had nothing to say except I?m sorry when I called not a great way to keep a customer. This was such ahorrible experience and I won?t be returning to this location. Hair nets and masks should be used regularly i don?t understandhow a long hair is able to get into someone?s food if proper food and safety regulations are being followed. I am verydisappointed.
