I just waited in line 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru only to be refused service. They close at 2 am. I rolled up to the ordering... speaker at 1:58. The girl laughs as she says they're closed. There was myself and one car behind me. I know they have camerasshowing them who's in line. I proceeded to the window anyway to speak with the manager. He was absolutely zero help, saying theywere out of food and everything was clean already. "What am I supposed to do?" He says. Nonsense! There were no less than 10cars just served ahead of us. The line wrapped around the building. I say honor those customers in line prior to closing time asan honorable business would. They lost 2 sales that night and all future sales from me. I am also reporting this to corporate.In the event the gentleman in line behind me reads this, thank you for your offer to cover my meal. I really appreciated thegesture. Read more

Don't rush people to order when you don't even have what they came for you need a minute to look at the menu also how doesn't... Wendy's have Chilli? Cold fries had to go back for one Also cold also put someone who's smiling at the window not some crankypants. I'll be back to give it another chance but it's a shame that Wendy's makes great food but service stinks . Read more

Food ordered to go but all was great. Better than McDonald's since they lie and sayFood is fresh when is not and this is so nice... to have a staff treat us so kind instead of not understanding who or what they are saying at mcds sometimes. Thank you for beingkind and appreciative of our orders. At least we feel welcome here so far. Prices are so much better than mcds too. And bk. I'mglad they still have the salads also. Absolutely horrible. Long wait in Drive thru line. Charged wrong amount for order. Receive wrong order twice... and when... finally get the correct food items they are very cold. Complete fail on all accounts for the Plainville, CT Wendy's. Therewere plenty of staff on hand at 8pm... how could everyone do everything wrong?? Would avoid going here. Read more

Absolutely disgusting !the interior was enshambles the soda machine was completely sticky and nasty hasn't been cleaned in... weeks, the bathrooms were dirty, toilet paper everywhere and to top it off there was A-line wrapped around the building of carsfor the drive-through and inside there was one person taking orders and trying to help the drive-through to no Avail I got myfood, was cold. I had ordered a chili ,that chili had been sitting on the countertop and I literally watch the cashier pick thatup and give it to me I said it was cold he gave me an attitude and grabbed me a fresh 1 . But he used his bare hands and putthe cheese on it . I again complained and he gave me attitude . It was 2 pm and they were getting mad that customers were comingin . I visited with a friend for breakfast. We were the only two inside. Upon entry there was absolutely no one at the counter. I... kept calling because I could hear people talking and back but it took at least four to five actual minutes before anyone came tothe front and when they did it was to answer the drive-thru. The owner was simple one breakfast sandwich and a coffee for me anda breakfast sandwich and a coffee for my friend. After waiting and unreasonably long time, we received our order which wascompletely wrong. Both sandwiches were wrong and both coffees were made incorrectly. The woman that waited on us was very niceand agreed to remake it which of course would be expected since we paid for it but said they had no coffee brewed and we wouldhave to wait. Unfortunately they forgot about us and after close to 15 minutes I went up to ask and was told by another count ofattendant that she was unaware we were waiting on coffees and they just put a new pot on because they had given all the freshbrewed out to the drive-through customers. About 8 minutes later we got our coffee which of course was long after our sandwichesarrived and our sandwiches were completely cold. In total it took 28 minutes or a half an hour to get two breakfast sandwichesand two coffees and as I said at the beginning they were the only two diners in the restaurant. I love this Wendy's I come here for dinner of lunch the food tasted better then any other Wendy's I ever go to . The workers are... cool , super Friendly always has smile on there face . It's the best feeling when the workers you get there n the workers youare close to get happy to see you. I even do door dash when I pull it to the mic tell them who I'm here to pick up the dashthey cooks n get the costumers food ready n set to go . They still have big smile on there face even when it's almost time forthem to go home at 2! Read more

The staff at this Wendy's has always been very friendly and helpful to me. However, more often than not, there are either long... wait-tjmes, mistakes made in my order, or both. Going to this Wendy's is a hassle so often that I would never go again if Iwasn't picking up food for coworkers. Read more
