We drove through en route home to Texas and stopped here. It was Thursday night, great margarita specials were offered, and the... food was beyond what we expected having been on the road for month. They were packed with a large party plus other tables, butwe were still in and out in less than an hour. Chips and salsa were great. Can't say enough good things! Wait staff was slow and inattentive. Dropped off menus then disappeared. My granddaughter's cheese quesadilla was burnt on the... outside, but the cheese wasn't melted on the inside. My son-in-law's quesadilla shell had scorched, black spots where itcontacted the grill, but other parts were totally untoasted. Food was super good and it came out pretty fresh and fast. For 4 people, we got the cheese sauce appetizer for our chips and we... each got a plate and a drink, we spent $58. The chicken, steak, shrimp was cooked very well , we had the Quesadilla tropicaland fajita quesadilla, which were verryyy good! I had the Trio Mazatlan and enjoyed it very much. Their salsa is really good. Their decor is very colorful and nice. The gentleman who took our order was a lot nicer than the lady who seated and served usinitially. Beyond drinks and appetizer, they didn't really come check on us until the end, which is when I asked for ourticket. There was one other table of people when we got there, and three more families came after we got there. I gave 5stars because the food was good, fast and because the man who attended to us was nice.
