Food here is good but the service isn't the greatest. You stand at the counter for more than 10 minutes without anyone coming up... to you even though they see you. A lot of rude teenagers work there. I prefer doing mobile pick up so i'm not standing waitingto order for 10+ minutes. Read more

Picked up lunch for the three kiddos (3 jr meals) and grabbed two 1/4 lb big kig burgers for $5. Price is right and NEVER had an... issue at the Norwood location. Got home and was missing my son's cheeseburger in his Jr meal. So I guess the price ended upbeing higher than expected. I just gave my son my burger and it's not a huge deal and accidents happen but a kids meal has a bagyou need to add a burger and some fries? I guess it's hard for some people when you're the only cat in the drive-thru.??????????? I don't thing we'll be going back to this location. We'll stick to the BK in Norwood that was recently renovated.They must be doing something right over there! Read more
The drive thru was fast, most likely because no one was in front of me at lunchtime. The burger was dry and the mozzarella... sticks were the worst I've ever had, you can get better quality sticks at the dollar store. There are better places to eat nearby that are just as reasonably priced. The only thing keeping this place from a one star review was the was friendly staff. Read more
Ate here last night. We went through the drive thru (the woman taking our order and serving us was very very rude) and ate in... the parking lot, thankfully, because our food was disgusting. The Spicy chicken and Crispy chicken sandwiches were dark andburnt and the mayonnaise on the bottom was curdled and chunky. Service was rude and actually RE-SERVED our returned sandwiches!!After we had received them, unwrapped them, opened them with our bare hands and took them apart, we brought it inside and saw itget rewrapped and placed on the serving rack. Generally I have good experiences with this BK. But be careful if the woman who SO appreciates you for choosing Burger King... picks up. She repeated my ?Bacon King, no cheese? to me three times and I got a kid?s double with lettuce, onions, pickles andone of their orange sauces. ?I hope it wasn?t done on purpose because I was somewhat curt. It?s just really hard to face andmatch that level of enthusiasm when all you want is to eat your only meal of the day. Read more
