Wish I could give a 0. First off, they allow you to order online for ?walk-in? but your not actually allowed to go in. When you... try to say anything they will blatantly ignore you at the door. Went through drive through to pick up my order. Whole point ofwalk-in was to save time but sat in line for 10 minutes (only 3 in line before me but one left after waiting so long) to pick itup. dunkin donuts next to NTB i hope. this location SUCKS! save yourself the aggravation and drive 3 min to the next one up or down... rt 1. lobby is locked drive-thru only screwed up my order twice in a row. both times have to drive around get out of the car andwalk up to the window. not the only time. had multiple bad service experiences here. you would think I'd learn my lessonright....... well here we are. in my opinion you're better off 1 mile or 2 north or south theres a dunkin within 5 min. doyourself a favor go there Instead. if not CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY!!!! good luck stay safe everyone MK Read more
