Wish I could give a 0. First off, they allow you to order online for ?walk-in? but your not actually allowed to go in. When you... try to say anything they will blatantly ignore you at the door. Went through drive through to pick up my order. Whole point ofwalk-in was to save time but sat in line for 10 minutes (only 3 in line before me but one left after waiting so long) to pick itup. Avoid at all costs. When I finally got to the window the worker didn?t even say anything just looked at me and handed me myorder. And then left the window. Just horrible service Read more
dunkin donuts next to NTB i hope. this location SUCKS! save yourself the aggravation and drive 3 min to the next one up or down... rt 1. lobby is locked drive-thru only screwed up my order twice in a row. both times have to drive around get out of the car andwalk up to the window. not the only time. had multiple bad service experiences here. you would think I'd learn my lessonright....... well here we are. in my opinion you're better off 1 mile or 2 north or south theres a dunkin within 5 min. doyourself a favor go there Instead. if not CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY!!!! good luck stay safe everyone MK Read more
I have never had good service at this DD location. Slow (not long) drive through lines and incorrect orders to boot. Just... today I ordered 2 coffees, one with Oat Milk and one with Almond milk. Both came black. I also ordered a chocolate glazeddonut and got a plain glazed. 0-3 with a single order. Read more
Would leave zero stars if an option. Have been to this location multiple times and each visit has been bad. Incapable of making... coffees correctly to order. Only 2 workers with someone?s kid behind the counter and the line was 10 deep, not worth it to goback and fix. Front door was locked As well so unable to go in and fix the order Read more
Genuinely one of the worst Dunkin? Donuts around. Would have more to write if any of them actually showed up to work 90% of the... time. Management needs to re-evaluated and find a new staff that cares and wants to work. Save your time and go down the road toanother one. Read more
