I like the new decor. Seems brighter. Efficient. The one thing which never changes... Quality... Of product and the... service. When my sister and I stopped in...it was busy (if it's Starbucks...it always is).With all the hustle and bustle somehowmanaged to get our order in. I was impressed as we sat down..how this store( like many others)..could produce in quantity andquality..in such a rapid pace. First time I've been to this one. I order my drink ahead and go in, the staff apologize for not having it ready, (even though I... literally just placed the order) then proceed to make it flawlessly a couple minutes before the app said it would be done. Theseworkers are extremely kind. Read more
Coffee was pretty good. They had a mix up at the window though and wanted to charge us over $12 for one coffee so we were like... uhhh I don't think that's right and then they had to ask us what we got again. It seemed like the drink was ready though so justa minor error! Read more
They need to work on their flow. Consistently slow service and questionable quality. Although if you want to pay $6 for a coffee... that is mostly ice and wait for it even though you are one of two customers this is the place for you. Read more
Tea stock may be in or out of stock on a daily basis, and may suffer severe consistency issues. Coffee used to be consistent l,... but now has issues that I put in update. That being said I prefer tea over coffee and it just sucks that I might not order ifwife goes, because I don't know if london fog or honey citrus mint tea will be missing a key ingredient or not be able to bemade at all, or coffee will be full. Update: Consistency is going down getting half filled or 3/4 filled cups of coffee. Read more
