Placed my order, and watched the person making the food, as he finished wiping things off with a rag, and than put the rag down ... and start to make my food. Never changing the gloves he had on. Or even washing his hands ugg. I just don't want to get sickfrom non sanitary conditions. Read more

Came into the restaurant and waited for a good 10 minutes for someone to take our order.. it was mid morning, three cars in the... drive through and one costumer eating at a table. I yelled in the back if they were open, one kid just looked at me. I waited acouple minutes more and left.. the worst service I have ever had! Read more
Missing an entire meal and received chicken fries when not ordered. Tried stalker calling them to no avail to have them remake... as my husband had to commute back another 15min for his dinner, but they dont answer the phone and don't even have a place toleave a message. Trying to make their mess up easier on my husband and can't even do that! Come on BK Plainwell...do better! Read more

Gloves on the tables in the back, you can see through the smudged drive thru window. No one had on uniforms, more like big tee... shirts and leggings/sweat pants and some girl that?s balding started screaming in front counter. I went up there to ask aboutthe specials and the manager just hid in the office the entire time. Another customer came up to inform the manager that thecleaning was bad but the service was great and she didn?t seem fazed by it at all. The bald lady had to go find her and it tookabout 3 minutes. This Burger King has really gone down hill the last few months and I hope it gets better. My family willrevisit maybe in a few months. Read more
