I love y?all, but the last several times I?ve had a sub my drink has been awful. I can?t eat without having something to drink.... The very little ice you put in is melted 2 seconds later, the drink is watered down, and it never tastes right, and it?s alwayswarm. I don?t know if the machine is dirty, if the ice is bad, or what, but it?s very disappointing to get a wonderful sandwichwith a nasty drink. Read more
Ordered 2 sandwiches. 1 was correct, just made skimpy on the meat but had tons of pickles. The other sandwich was incorrect.... Ordered a giant size for the 2nd one, received a much smaller (kid/junior) size. Called to say something about it and was told Iwould have to bring back the messed up order to have it made correctly, plus pay additional. I'm sorry, that's not how goodcustomer service works. You screw it up and I have to pay for YOUR screw up?! Order taker, person at the drive thru window andthe person who answered the phone RUDE! Needless to say, I won't be back until you have improvement on your customer serviceskills. I work in customer service and that's just not how you conduct a business!
