I love y?all, but the last several times I?ve had a sub my drink has been awful. I can?t eat without having something to drink.... The very little ice you put in is melted 2 seconds later, the drink is watered down, and it never tastes right, and it?s alwayswarm. I don?t know if the machine is dirty, if the ice is bad, or what, but it?s very disappointing to get a wonderful sandwichwith a nasty drink. Read more

Ordered 2 sandwiches. 1 was correct, just made skimpy on the meat but had tons of pickles. The other sandwich was incorrect.... Ordered a giant size for the 2nd one, received a much smaller (kid/junior) size. Called to say something about it and was told Iwould have to bring back the messed up order to have it made correctly, plus pay additional. I'm sorry, that's not how goodcustomer service works. You screw it up and I have to pay for YOUR screw up?! Order taker, person at the drive thru window andthe person who answered the phone RUDE! Needless to say, I won't be back until you have improvement on your customer serviceskills. I work in customer service and that's just not how you conduct a business! You apologize and fix your screw up at nocharge. Read more

A little disappointed in my first trip to Jimmy John's. Ordered 2 subs the teller asked what I wanted on the first one and I... said just turkey and cheese. We ordered food here for delivery and after 30 minutes of receiving the notification of it being out for delivery we called to... see what?s going on, the driver claimed to of dropped it off and knocked at the door (we did no contact) but we had checkedseveral times nothing was there. After my girlfriend talked to who I?m assuming was the shift supervisor she was dismissive andrude said there was nothing they could do. It was only after I called back and said that she said the GM would contact metomorrow. Not the best customer service for genuinely wanting find out what happened. Read more

The customer service is very poor!! I ordered a sandwich to be delivered. After an hour of not getting my food I called. The... girl asked my address fumbled through some papers and said ?oh that will go out as soon as our driver gets back? after waitinganother 10 minutes after the notification that it was out for delivery I called again. The manager was very rude and threatenedto call the cops on me if I came to the store for a refund. I love their food and I love that they deliver but never once did Iget an apology. All he would say is ?we no longer offer a 10 minute guarantee. I won?t be going back!! Read more
