Best strip I've had in a long time. Biscuits was yummy but butter and honey would have made it better. The soda was mostly... carbonated water. But, the strips and coleslaw stole the show. Pleasant staff with being short staffed. Read more
One of the worst places in Plainwell! Got take out and ordered a sprite because everything else besides diet Pepsi and mountain... dew was out. Got home, took a drink....there's no sprite either! Drive thru experience very negative. Waited over 5 minutes to order, kept telling me to hold on after each item stated. Drove up... to window to complete the order, worker did NOT like that. Immediate attitude. I asked if she was having tech issues and shesaid no very rudely and gave zero explanation. Had us pull to a parking spot to wait for food. Should have known that was NOTgoing to go well. Our wait wasn't long, but she brought out only one of our 5 items. I knew right away because the bag was sosmall. When I told her, she rolled her eyes and said she would bring the rest out. It took FOUR TIMES of her coming back andforth to the car for us to get all our items. The staff were so incredibly rude the entire time. This is not the only badexperience I have had with this location, but this will be the FINAL time I go there. Read more
I got a one piece breast meal. They said they were out of honey for the biscuit which is fine so I asked for hot sauce or the... chicken and butter for the biscuit. I received THE single most tiny chicken breast I've ever seen with no butter, no hot sauceand no silverware. Also had to pull over and wait for entirely too long for some one to bring my food out to me. I won't bereturning to this location. Read more
Not only did we wait for cold, hard food it was delivered to us like this…sauce was everywhere in the bag, the chicken was... barely edible, fries and biscuits were too hard to eat, only thing that was somewhat edible was the mashed potatos. Please dobetter. Read more

OMG Where do I start. 3pm on a Wednesday two workers and no customers (besides me). I walked in and was asked to leave and use... the drive thru because the lobby was "closed," (funny the door was open). So, already reluctant, I figured it's going took. NOPE. I was told I was ordering wrong, I guess I needed to say the items in a certain order. OK? Cashier tried to give methe wrong change, but then corrected it without having to reopen the drawer, interesting. Lastly, but most important…THE FOOD.Dry, over cooked, it seemed that it was reheated from yesterday maybe? (See Pictures) So they say live and learn. Please takethis warning seriously. You will disappointed and upset. I purchased lunch for the office and I am throughly embarrassed! I havereached out to KFC waiting for their reply. I will update this if they make it right.
