I ordered online to avoid any issues. I went & picked my order up it seemed correct until I got home & the supreme pizza was... only pepperoni & there were only 3 pepperonis on each slice. I tried calling only to be cut off & then get the busy signal tillthey closed. I tried calling today & same thing. This place needs better staffing!!! Read more
Disgusting. Delivery was late just to get a grease loaded pizza. I can't even eat it I have my grandkids and they wanted little... caesars so I placed an order. When I pulled to the window, the guy behind the counter, who was taking money and handing outpizzas, was picking at a sore on his forearm that was bleeding. Was literally blood on his arm while he was handling food. Whyis this place still open? Read more
Rude staff at the drive thru window. Drove home to realize pizza was ice cold. I picked it up at 11 am so not sure if it was ... even made that morning. I called to complain and manager did offer to replace the pizza. Waste of time. Lesson learned...gosupport BC pizza or Salvinos Read more
I got one cheese and one pepperoni hot n ready, crazy bread, and plain wings..... Omg it was so delicious. Little Caesars has... replaced my favorite which was coney island. So good and the people were so nice and professional. Would recommend to anyone.And the kids loved it! Read more
Since 2020 this place was going down hill. In 2021 I gave up completely on them. Around july 2022 my wife said they are under... new management and we should try them out again. Three times now we have been pleased. Keep up the fight for what's right. Yourthe kind of people that makes this world a better place. I usually visit the Allegan store, but the three times I had to stop here in Plainwell/Otsego they were chaotic, disorganized... and dealing with other customer's messed up orders. 2 of the 3 visits, they didn't have pepperoni pizzas or crazy bread readyto go and the 3rd time the crust was either old or over cooked. It was very hard and not enjoyable to try and eat. Aside fromall the negative, the manager was very nice and she was doing a great job trying to help and fix the mistakes that her employeeshad made. Madly under staffed, which is the only real problem. But I am writing this as I am sitting in the drive through. Should be noted... I am the only one, and I called my order in. Been waiting for over 15 minutes now. Not waiting for the pizza to finish, waitingfor someone to come to the window. I called ahead to avoid waiting (ordering a non hot and ready item).
