We went for breakfast, our order was taken wrong, we had to correct her twice. Everyone was acting scatter brained and they... weren't even busy. The manager was handing out orders inside and just doing it in a rude fashion. Our hash browns were drippinggrease and tasted like the fry oil hadn't been changed in months and everything was just gross. Both my wife and I were reallydisappointed. Read more

I ordered curbside, you enter where you parked in the app and your order comes out when it's ready. I went inside to what... happened to my order, it had been 15 minutes. It was sitting on the counter... my Frappe became an iced Carmel coffee, sorta... they remade it but it shouldn't have been left. Read more

Every time I go to any McDonald's I order kids meals for my kids, the sauce is always forgotten. And guess what, the doors to... the lobby are locked so you cannot go in, the only option is to wait in the drive thru again and in the meantime your food getscold. This is a way for the company to save money. If they do this everyday to multiple orders multiply that by how manyrestaurants they have, it saves them $$$. You might not want to order nuggets if you want sauce, or any ice cream because theirmachine "is broken". Read more

I always get food from here, and love it. But the last few times I?ve had incorrect items or missing things, I called to let... them know and she sound annoyed with me. Like all I asked is for them to pay more attention, and that I know it gets busy andit?s late. But I?m still paying for food so when I let them know that something is missing and wrong I expected them to be niceabout it, and not have an attitude over it . I still paid for items I didn?t receive, but it?s whatever some people just are notmade for customer service. Read more

I've been to this place and had half my meal missing. Shame on me for not double checking the bag. Second time this has happened... now. How you gonna order a #1 and forget the burger? Meh. Won't be back. Sorry you aren't getting $25 an hour for the hardlabor. Read more

We lately have had trouble getting our food in under 20 minutes but Cathy has been nothing but helpful and as timely as she can... from what I've seen Cathy is working 10 times harder than most of the other employees I see when I'm there. I'm a littledisappointed in the effort the others place when Cathy goes out of her way to make it a good experience. Read more

Went through the drive-thru ordered two Big Macs no pickle there was pickle on them ordered a crispy chicken sandwich it wasn't... cooked and was pulling apart like rubber got our fries they tasted like they've been sitting there for 2 days and over salted.Going and say something to the manager about the chicken and the fries he made it sound like I was an inconvenient and it was myfault and then everybody working was like why is she standing there and someone's like oh she's just complaining of her food allcocky and rude I will never eat at this McDonald's again. The sad part is we got pulled to the side to wait for our food youfigured it would be fresh and good there was 4 or 5 employees standing around doing nothing. Read more
