Went through the plainwell drive thru. Got home and they made my sub completely wrong, even after I asked multiple times. Went... back for them to fix it and they made it completely wrong again! Charged me for extra meat and cheese and never got it. Insidewas not open for me to watch them make it. Called and they argued about it. They did nothing to fix the problem or evenapologize. Ordered online. Forgot my pizza. And bacon on my protein bowl and once I got it home I realized they used the wrong chicken. ... Love paying for the extras and getting less. Ordered soup for like $4, and less than half of the little container is full. Literally like a 1/3 cup or less. What's the... point? Call the store many times, and no one picks up.
