Heard great things, but was severely disappointed. Service people were very nice, but the donuts were disappointing. Both... chocolate covered donuts we got had barely any frosting (see pic) and the plain donuts were stale. Super disappointed after allthe hype. Read more

This is by far the best Sweetwaters around. This Location is right off the plainwell exit. It has a really big Parking lot and... the store itself is pretty big compared to other Sweetwaters. The high Ceilings and beautiful decorations makes it look so cozy.Part of the reason could be that it is relatively new. We try to stop by everytime we are passing through Plainwell. The donutsare fresh for most of the part and there is a great variety of them. All the necessary social distancing and safety measuresare being taken. Great place to grab a quick or late night snack. First time at the Plainwell location. It's very nice, clean, much larger than the Stadium Dr location. Tried the drive thru for... the first time. Went very well. Got what I ordered, timely, friendly service. Read more
