While out on a late night errand, we stopped in for a quick bite just before closing. I'm not sure we can judge on "atmosphere"... just by the drive-thru, but the worker was very polite, courteous and professional. We were told right off the bat that therewere several items that were unavailable from the menu, but the things we did order were fine. Read more

Tried to go inside to order my food. Doors were locked with no signage on the door. The cashier was rude while taking my order.... At that point in time if I could have pulled out the line I would have. I ordered my food and got home and parts of my orderwere missing. Read more
Came here and asked for a Mexican Pizza, and they were sold out. I asked for some Cheesy Gordita Crunches and they were sold... out. I asked for some steak chalupas and they were sold out. So I asked for three flipping crunchy tacos and they asked, ?Andwhat to drink?? I said, a dragon brisk tea and they were sold out, so I asked for a strawberry lemonade and they were sold out!What isn?t sold out here! Another time we popped in and they got our $25 order mixed up with someone?s $10 order, and instead ofa ?sorry for the mistake? we got a ?it was ordered wrong?. And the absolutely last time we came here the manager completelyignored us, so we left and went to the Allegan Taco Bell which is a far better location. Don?t waste your breath or money here? You had one job Taco Bell and you couldn't get it right. Ordered 3 crunchy taco supremes. Too much lettuce and no cheese, and... last taco shell was broken, so they put it in another broken shell. Read more
This was one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had in my life. First of all, when I walked in, nobody came to help... me, so I ordered through the kiosk. Maybe ordering through the kiosk was expected, but that wasn't made clear. Then they gave memy coffee from the order and never gave me the food from the order. After 25 minutes I asked about my order and they didapologize and gave me an extra burrito, but when I sat down to eat the breakfast burritos, I quickly realized they weren'tbreakfast burritos, but beef burritos instead, which I don't care for. Overall, this was a very negative experience. I will mostlikely never go there again and will advise others not to as well. Read more
I asked for a chicken quesadilla with extra chicken and I got an over cooked tortilla with barely any chicken at all and it was... the worst one I have ever gotten. Our sides of nacho cheese had barely any cheese in it. My 5 layer burrito was supposed to haveextra nacho cheese and it barely had any. I was not impressed when I called the taco bell and the manager told me "sorry we wereslammed earlier" as an excuse as to why my food was so horribly done. This is not acceptable as there was only one family in rhedining room and one car in the drive thru so no they were not slammed. Either way that is no excuse to hand out the food theythought was ok to give to customers and I won't be back to that taco bell again. Read more
