I came through with my 3 kids this morning trying to treat them after a long week for all of us. The woman who took our order... (CC) would ask in a rude voice "anythinnnng else" after I barely finished saying each item. She would have known if there wasanything else if she stopped asking that and just listened. Then when I was done speaking she could politely ask "will thatcomplete your order". She also sighed multiple times and was unfriendly. Our order wasn't difficult. 3 coffees, 2 sandwiches, 2bagel bites and 25 munchkins. My daughters sandwich was cold. I got a large iced coffee when I asked for a large hot and eventhe sugars were wrong in it. I ended up having to go down the road to the other dunkin to pay for another coffee because Ididn't trust that dunkin to fix it after all the attitude. And I got 21 munchkins. Not 25. We didn't get a thank you, a have anice day or anything. They took payment and shut the window. Fire that girl. I worked for Dunkin for 7 years and was a manager.I would have fired an employee like that on the spot. Shameful you allow your employees to treat people like that. Read more

One of your employees didn?t put oat milk in my latte. I know this sounds small, but my stomach is upset by the slightest amount... of dairy and I didn?t take any lactaid because I thought the lady would listen. I don?t even care about it that much, but whatif someone was allergic to milk and you caused them to have an episode? is it really worth it to make someone?s coffee wrongbecause you don?t wanna listen? other than that, you have a few younger employees probably about high school age who always makemy coffee right, so kudos to them! Times have changed. I remember when Dunkin sold coffee and donuts. Fresh donuts is always a plus. It wasn't like it was late... when I was there 11:30 AM. Got a couple of small stale plain donuts. Times have changed and not for the customer. Read more
