I know u guys probably don't even read those reviews to speak to staff but gonna do write it.. I just left the store that... suppose to be open till 10 pm, I asked if they have croissants they said no ok I understand but do you guys have hashbrown theyalso told me no they don't. I have work for DD before we always have these frozen stuffs but she later told me I cannot orderanything other than muffins really .. Too much time to drive through very slow not impressed what is always not always but a lot of times are wrong
Dining inside is terrible because the radio is so damn loud. The music was awful, and a total noise invasion. This business... practice of forcing radio racket on workers and customers has to stop. Food was good, anyway. Takeout is the best way to avoidthe rigors of being indoors and having your ears blasted out. Read more
Slow service for online orders, usually waiting longer than other Dunks, unfortunately this is the most convenient for us. ... Orders on occasion are incorrect and this can add extra time as you are subjected to waiting for the right online order you haveplaced. If you have extra time on your hands then take the chance. Current experience not great. Did an On-The-Go order and somehow they didn't know what my order was even though they had the... print out on the bagel bag that said on the go. Took 3 tries to get the coffee right, 1st wrong size, second no flavor added andfinal correct. I had to ask for the donuts I ordered. Told them 1 Boston Cream, 3 chocolate glazed and 2 regular glazed. Gothome only to find out that not only was I not give the correct donuts but I want even give the right amount of donuts I paidfor. It?s 3:20pm my long day just ended but this girls didn?t. There were 3 or 4 boys working the food and drive thru while this... chick ran around from counter taking orders to making the drinks herself. Amazing how quick she made 3 drinks in 2 mins and madethem CORRECTLY. Was on a trip to Sally?s to get hair dye when I realized I left too early and they were closed, so I decided to go get coffee.... Went inside and I was immediately impressed. Building very clean with an interesting diner style café design and very politestaff. Got a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and Veggie Egg White Bites to try.
