I've always liked papa Gino's and they deserve 4 stars but now that they use door dash to deliver the food. No thanks. Guy never... showed up I was starving, called papa Gino's and they told me I have to deal with door dash and couldn't get a refund throughpapa Gino's. Now I call door dash and have to deal with a 10 minute phone call all for just pizza. Door dash said I'll get arefund in 24 to 48 hours. This is rediculous. The employees were very nice and accommodating, but the tables were dirty and I think there was the three of us and maybe one... other person in the spot, so there way no reason for the dinning room to look the way it did. And last they are over priced andthe food is no where near the quality it use to be. Read more
Pizza was better than most but on the pricey side. Patrons were freezing and I asked staff to lower air conditioning and they... stated the A/C was on a timer with code. So we had to dine outside to escape the cold followed by other Patrons. Read more
The pizza is excellent, crispy, thin and very tasty. Just the right amount of ingredients. We got the whole pie rather than just... slices. Staff is efficient and friendly. Read more
What the hell is wrong with establishments nowadays. I understand things have gotten more expensive. I went in there in order... a super cheesesteak. I waited about 20 minutes. What came out was the smallest sub that I think I have ever seen. There wasnothing super about it. And it costs 12 bucks. When I asked him if this was a large he told me they're all the same size. I workhard for my money and I am tired of throwing it away on restaurant food that is pathetically inadequate. Is it too much to justget what you pay for. I am tired of paying for everybody's salary. This is a mixed review. The food was hot and delicious! Staff were friendly and helpful and the dining room was bright, neat,... clean and it had nice music playing. For this I would give a 4 star review; HOWEVER, my husband said the men?s room was sooooobad that he had to hold his nose and go quickly! I thought he may have been exaggerating a bit. After we were done, I went tothe women?s room. DISGUSTING!!!! Towel fixture was hanging off the wall, soap dispenser was filthy, floor and sink was alsofilthy! The worse part was the toilets! Both of them were absolutely disgusting and, if I didn?t really have to go badly, Iwould have walked out. I?ve been to better outhouses! I give it maybe a 1star because it served my purpose. Picked up a large pizza order for a birthday. It was ready on time, it was hot, and the two people working there on a Saturday... morning were friendly. I used the bathroom and it was clean and when I came out my pizzas were on the counter for me. DeliciousPG pizza as always! Read more
So was going to give a 5 star review, the location is prime and staff is certainly friendly enough. When you walk in and place... your order they have a sign that says "scan code, if you show us you gave a 5 star review= free slice" so I told someone and wewent back to the counter to scan. We showed the cashier for him to say "I'm not good at this." I pointed to my review. he says"oh thank you.... Aw thank you .." walks away and stands over in a corner just staring at us.. please don't advertise things toget yourself a higher rating if you don't plan to follow through.
