I went through the drive up in Plano early this afternoon and I used the birthday drink reward I received- the young man working... the window was by far one of the kindest, happiest employees this location has had in a long time! He welcomed me when I pulledup and after scanning my reward he saw what it was and then wished me a happy birthday. He handed me my drink and said hope youare having a good day birthday girl! I hope he stays for a while! The world could use more happy service employees! Read more

Pretty mediocre. Coffee can be alright, as well as other premium drinks, but the donuts are cold/stale and the breakfast items... lack flavor. Best thing this place has got going for it is their cheaper prices compared to the competition. Read more
