When I went to pick up my order everything was done except they forgot to put my chocolate chip cookie in the oven because "too... much came in at one time" at that point I wish the would have just refunded the cookie but was never offered as they had it inthe oven. So I waited. Finally it came put. They staff all seem to crowd each other around the warmers as they were confusedabout stuff. When I was handed my order the bag for the breadsticks was open and they way everything was was stacked made itreal easy for something to slide off and eventually that cookie I had to wait for slid off and hit the parking lot. It did notcome out of the package but it was a real mess since it had just come out of the oven. I always tastes like ther is saucecontamination in this store too. I always seem to taste a hint of Buffalo or bbq in my marina sauce. Read more

I feel like the price of the delivery fee has gone up recently, cost me 5 dollars to get a 12 pizza delivered. Pizza is okay but... the price point is getting higher which pushes whether I'll pick them down. Read more
Ordered here, was told one price over the phone and when I arrived it was more way more. I asked what was going on and they... claimed that their franchise owners doesn?t follow pizza huts deals that are advertised on tv. The guy then said that theyoccasionally do the deal if the customer asked... I asked and he did nothing... I think he wanted me to beg... Go to Yorkville,staff is super rude and they over charge.... We ordered ahead via mobile app, and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Upon arrival I only had to wait 5... minutes. Hunter, ( pizza Hut employee), brought out our pie expeditiously, and was very professional. He was also wearingappropriate PPE, due to Covid-19. Great Curbside Service! *NOTE: there isn't much room in the store for dining in. This location is pretty much exclusively take-out. I've come a couple... times for the new $5 menu. I had them deliver the order this last time and they showed up right on time. HEADS UP, there's a$3 fee for delivery. On the times I picked up the pizza, the employees at the store were cheery and kind. All in all aperfectly good Pizza Hut! Read more
Worst Pizza Hut experience ever. We ordered our food online and set a time for pick up an hour and a half later. When we get... there to puck up our order, the cashier tells me it's gonna be another twenty minutes. So I go out to car and wait. Twentyminutes later I go into get food and they can't find my order in the computer. So I pointed to the lady cashier and said shejust told me I had to wait 20 more minutes for my food. Then she remembered she cleared out my order and put receipt on counter.Manager came to counter and said we are still waiting on breadsticks. So after another five minutes I get my food and leave. Iget home, sit down to eat and my pizza is cold, hard and taste like it doesn't even have sauce on it. This place is dirty insideand out. Service here absolutely sucks.
