I ordered for the first time from Plano Subway and when we received our food it was wrong. I ordered 2 foot long steak & cheese... with extra meat a foot long Turkey and a six inch meatball. When we received our food we had 1 steak & cheese no double meat, 2Turkeys and a meatball. When I called the store I was basically accused of lying because the owner ?made? them himself. I took apicture of the sandwiches and told him I could send him the picture and he said ?well I have video proof they were right? Ordered a steak sub and a meatball sub. The steak had very little meat. One end of the sandwich was no meat. The meatballs were... very small and they were so small, the first bite was only bread and vegetables! Ridiculous!!! Read more
This particular Subway is very clean and staff is friendly. We go there about once a week, and they are quick to recognize us.
Unfortunately, this location seems to be heading the wrong direction. The past few times I've visited, they seem to be... understaffed and it's impacting morale. I don't mind waiting a few minutes, but the staff seems exhausted. The food is what I'dexpect at Subway but the vending station is always unstocked and I routinely need to ask for a lid or straws or ice tea (sincethat's not part of the fountain it's brewed separately). They're always pleasant and it wouldn't stop me from coming here butthey went from above average Subway to average. Read more
I LOVE the Plano IL subway on South St. They always get my sandwich right, and they know me because it?s always the same 2... workers there. Tonight I forgot my wallet at home on the counter.
