Loved the Place, ambience and it's location. The reservation was easy. Just took 2 minutes to reserve a seat. The only difficult... thing was to find a parking spot. Every time, we visit Benihana, even though we reach 20 minutes before, we are gonna search fora good spot for Parking. Even the reception person asks you to come earlier than 39 minutes for a parking spot. Other than that,the food was great, fresh and fast. Ordered the welcome drinks, and clear soup. Everything was piping hot and good. The chef waslittle late, but did all the work as soon as he started doing his chef skills. All time favorite Garlic rice and tempura shrimpwas great and crispy. Loved the way it was cooked and served. All the starters were served within 3 minutes on ordering. Thesoup and salad were good. Even though we went on a weekend, still the place was crowded. Nice experience with the waitress and chef but the hostess lacked customer service skills. Soup and salad were excellent, so... were the grilled veggies and jumbo shrimp. Chicken was tasty but a bit hard and the rice was good as always. Read more
It was really wonderful dine-in experience. Despite being there at 12:30, we had whole table to ourself. Both host and chef were... pretty friendly and entertaining. Kids enjoyed the cooking and onion ring train show a lot. Food was also really good (Thanks tohost, she took time to understand order and was able to suggest better options to choose from, which really added to overallexperience). In desert, Strawberry Mochi lce cream was very good. I would surely recommend Benihana, if you want to tryauthentic Japanese dishes. Read more
We made a reservation for my daughters birthday dinner and they did not even acknowledged her. The waiter said “Do u have a... certificate?” - Apparently you gave to sign up months ahead to be acknowledged on your b day meal. Go figure! The food wasgood. The chef was fun. But we waited 1 hr for food and it was just not a special outing for my family. Disappointed!! Read more
