Pretty bad. I don't think cooks have real restaurant experience. Every dish was bland or off or overcooked etc.. The sliced meat... in the banh mi had a rubbery outer part that obviously was supposed to be removed before putting in a sandwich. This place justscreamed "We should open a restaurant some day! The broth is so perfect here. The peanut sauce was fantastic, and the gal serving us Saturday 1/22/22 was so sweet and... attentive. I will get her name next time because I am definitely coming back! As soon as we walked in he said hello with a warm smile. Pho and spring rolls were ready in just a few minutes. Different types... of Pho only come in 1 size and the prices were reasonable. Spring rolls were fresh and big. Extra meatballs as I asked for onlyan extra $1 was added to the bowl. He checked on us so many times and asked how everything was. So I am giving this place 4 stars only if you are getting the pho. I got the P2 PHO BAY SPECIAL which is basically the pho with... all the meats. My friend got the KOREAN BBQ SHORT RIBS. The pho was amazing. The soup was flavorful and the meat was all wellcooked. The short ribs on the other hand were okay. They didnt taste bad but not worth the same price as the pho. There wasntthat much meat or sauce to go with ribs. Also the meat was a bit tough. So if you come here only get the pho like the namesuggests. Lastly, the staff was welcoming, but if you are seated close to the kitchen than the restaurant may be a little smellybecause it was for us. Read more
