Male staff working Thursday night shift who has long hair was so rude. He literally stared customers down from head to toe the... moment they entered, acted unfriendly and kept staring at customers even when they sat down.\nBubble tea here is one of theworst tasting places in Dallas, so much ice and tastes like plastic. Cheap packaging/cup, store decoration is nothing special.At the same price point, I can recommend 5 other better boba places with great service.\n\nI decided to give this place a try.However, it deserves 0 star and I?ll never come back. Tea has lavish marbling. Insta worthy. Vibes are very homelike and comfy, close to a club/game house. Unique from other places... boba places is that they provide sample tasting to the curious! Would visit again for the vibes. Read more
First time trying the boba drink here. Got the brown sugar boba and even though the cup size was large, it tasted like more milk... than anything. My daughter got the strawberry smoothie and she said there just wasn\'t enough strawberry flavor in there, moremilk. The bathrooms were gross and the lobby definitely needed some tidying up. Used to be one of my favorite boba spot in Dallas. Tried it again in the last month twice and both time the milk tea were really... bad. No tea flavor at all, taste like sweet chocolaty protein shake. Will not be back in a while. Read more
Atmosphere is very quiet and cute. Could be a little warmer temperature wise but we kept our coats on. I ordered the Brown Sugar... Boba Signature Latte and my partner ordered the Jasmine Cream Tea. Both are very good. It?s best to shake your drink before youspike it with your straw! Read more
Omg!!! So my family LOVES boba tea, and we have frequented a multitude of places. Let me say that BobaGuru is now our favorite... boba place for multiple reasons! NATHAN is amazing! He was very knowledgeable and had a great friendly demeanor! He washilarious as well!!! All of the drinks were delicious! Very cool place with comfortable seating and helpful recommendations for anyone looking to try something new! Interesting thing... is the drinks come in dishwasher safe cups with lids too so if you like them you can reuse them! The best! Nice atmosphere with a few board games to play. So far we?ve tried the Mango tornado and several of the strawberry... drinks and love them. They also let you pick your sugar level which is nice! Read more
