We?ve only been to the drive thru here because we moved here during the pandemic, so this is a drive-thru perspective only... review. The crew here is efficient and cohesive, and have been for the past two plus years. They never get our order wrong,don?t forget to add the normal extras that are so annoying when missed (napkins, ketchup, spoons, whatever). They and are fast,but not the ?making a crazy deal out of service speed? fast (we don?t have to park and wait for orders to be finished). Theyare really patient-even when there?s kids excited screaming in the car and they can?t hear us well with the speaker. No angry orfrustrated tone changes, even when it would be fair to do so (if they do-it is off the speaker/mic-like it should be, so thecustomer doesn?t know) & I?m always impressed with that kind of emotional control. We?ve never gotten sick after getting foodor treats from here, so I?m guessing they?re keeping it clean sanitary inside. Read more
Went here for dinner. Got a crispy chicken sandwich. They were busy so I would think the sandwich would be fresh. No it was not.... Cold double fried and tiny. This was bad. How could you use an old chicken patty and expect someone to eat it. Hard, stale andsmall. Won?t be ordering from Braum?s chicken again. Horrible Read more
These people overall do a great job. There are variations between stores, some better than others, but overall you won't be... disappointed. I like their frozen yogurt cones. Really good and priced right. The small one is plenty large for me. I like theirburgers as well, great quality for the price. We use their chicken breasts for cooking. They aren't bargain priced, but thequality is tops. You get what you pay for. We buy A2 milk in half gallons. They keep way beyond the expire date if you keep themcold and don't leave it out for more than a few minutes. We are talking summer in TX where the house might be 75 degrees inside.I like thelir flavored yogurt. The cherry, blueberry, and blueberry pomegranate are my favorite flavors. Keep these cold so molddoesn't grow on the top foil. Expect to have a wait for grocery checkout if the store is busy. Some stores have the drivethrough blocking some parking places. Well, I obviously love Braums! But what?s even better is the customer service I was shown today by an awesome person named... ?Chase?. The drive through ordering process was smooth and wonderful & was done with such enthusiasm & patience by Chase whoalso greeted me with a wonderful smile and overall radiant personality. While I feel bad showing up to a restaurant close to closing time, sometimes it happens. It's really frustrating to wait in line... and be told they are only serving ice cream as they close in 15 min. I understand and I've worked in the food industry before.But, the least you can do is mention this on your website or as note with your hours of business. Other than this, I've alwaysbeen very happy with this location, their service and their food. Read more
My order was ready in like 90 seconds. Friendly staff quick to greet and help. Bright and clean areas.
Pictures kind of speak for themselves, but I was very disappointed! It was supposed to have mustard and extra pickles, it had... ONE pickle! That burger looks like a 3 year old made it????. Braum's quality has continued to decline at an astonishing rate.They hire all these young kids and nobody bothers to MANAGE them and TEACH them about customer service and how to put together aDECENT, CORRECT BURGER that a customer doesn't mind paying for! First time and last time customer. Very friendly staff and customer service, but the burger and chicken sandwiches seemed like... they had been sitting for over a day, and they were actually cold. Not even room temperature, but cold. The buns were hard andcrumbled when I bit into the sandwich. May have been a better review if the food was fresh. As for now, back to McDonalds. Read more
